Merideth Wohl

Administration

Merideth brings over two decades of financial and operational leadership to TOMO Construction. A Florida State University graduate with a Master’s in Accounting (Taxation), she began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Tampa. At TOMO, she oversees finance, project accounting, compliance, HR, marketing, and IT, while driving strategic process improvements and risk management. Her commitment to operational excellence continues to elevate the company’s performance and growth

Marty Wohl

Construction

As a fourth-generation real estate investor, developer, and builder, Marty brings deep industry expertise and vision to TOMO Construction. A University of Florida graduate, oversees the company’s strategic direction, ensuring excellence in cost control, quality, safety, and scheduling. He is committed to building strong client partnerships and driving TOMO’s continued growth and success.

Kyle Gillilan

Project Manager

Kyle oversees field operations, scheduling, and daily project execution at TOMO Construction. With a hands-on approach and strong leadership in the field, he ensures each concrete project stays on track, on time, and up to the highest standards of quality and safety. His commitment to teamwork and efficiency helps drive successful outcomes across all project types.

TOMO Construction was founded in 2016 by Merideth and Marty Wohl, who saw the need for high-quality concrete construction in Central Florida.

With extensive experience in the construction industry, Merideth and Marty knew that a solid foundation was the cornerstone of any successful project. Their vision was clear: to provide reliable, professional concrete and masonry services built on trust, expertise, and dedication.

Starting with a small crew in Sebring, Florida, TOMO Construction quickly earned a reputation for its craftsmanship and commitment to excellence. Over the years, the company has grown and expanded its services to meet the needs of a broader clientele. Today, TOMO Construction proudly serves a wide range of communities, from Tampa and Orlando to Fort Pierce, delivering top-tier concrete and masonry services for both residential and commercial projects.
